Rosé

Old-vine Cabernet Franc (40%), Syrah (40%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (20%) sourced from the north-facing, parcel of the Bull Swamp vineyard in Warragul.

The 2025 season was marked by poor flowering, further reducing yields and leaving only a small number of bunches per vine. The resulting fruit showed exceptional concentration and thick skins while retaining cool-climate freshness and natural acidity.

Handpicked on 25 March, the fruit was destemmed and direct pressed before settling overnight. The juice was then transferred to two French barriques for wild fermentation. Following a three-week fermentation, the wine was racked to a single 300L French hogshead for eleven months before spending two more months in stainless steel prior to bottling.

The palate is powerful and well-structured with layered texture and refreshing acidity. Florals, pomegranate, wild red berries, citrus and a savoury finish.
