Passage Wines is the wine project of Kaden Boekhoorn, farming one hectare of dry-grown vines on the red volcanic soils of Baw Baw Shire, West Gippsland, while working with selected vineyard parcels across Gippsland. Every decision in the vineyard supports soil health and vine balance. In the cellar, wild fermentation, patient élevage and minimal intervention shape wines guided by their sites and seasons.
