Wild fermented in stainless steel, the wine was gently extracted through light pump-overs and hand punch-downs before maturing in seasoned French oak barriques and hogsheads for eleven months, followed by a further four months in tank prior to bottling.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eMedium in weight with old vine density and fine tannins.
